The app freeze and glitches even after the new update abd if I'm paying I should not have a problem second when I arrive at a property it sends several text before it allows me to enter the code can be very frustrating. Very convenient if worked properly but a waste of my money. Not happy wuth app but this is what most use for me to tour potential homes.

App would not let me into rental homes I had scheduled for tours. The app says it's because I have a VPN on my phone Problem is... I don't have, nor have I ever had, any sort of VPN on my phone. Not even spending 30 minutes with someone on the phone could get me access. So that was a waste of my time. But searching for homes on the app is somewhat feasible, which is why I give it two stars. I just can't visit them, that's all

It's a great convenient idea to allow people more freedom. Unfortunately, the app is completely awful and unusable at times. It got stuck and flashed between 2 screens until I completely closed the app to reload it. Total seizure trigger. It loads up to random places like Los Angeles or Miami constantly no matter how many times you try to search the city you actually want. And once you find a place you want to look at, you have to fight it to pull up the thumbnail picture to even see it.
